Meet the 2015 National Craft Championship Competitors
This year’s National Craft Championships is bringing more than 180 craft apprentices and trainees from across the country to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for a two-day fight to be named the top winner in one of 15 different competitions. Some of the best-of-the-best in the industry will be going after the gold, silver, and bronze medals and in preparation for the event, each competitor tells us a little bit more about their careers in construction on the Meet the Competitors blog.
Learn about the competitors’ hometowns, employers, competition sponsors and why they chose a career in construction, what they enjoy most about their job, a memorable moment on the job and advice they would give to anyone considering a craft as a career.
